Active · 17–30 August 2026Transfer bonus

20% RevPoints-to-Avios bonus runs 17–30 August 2026

The 7 August no-active watch is resolved: official terms v1.2.1 opened a 20% bonus from 17 to 30 August 2026 for eligible existing Personal customers in the UK, Ireland and Spain, transferring to BA, Aer Lingus, Iberia or Vueling.

What it means: the 17–30 August 2026 terms allow 1–999,999 RevPoints per transaction and up to two business days for the bonus. For the 17–30 August 2026 offer, direct Qatar transfers are ineligible and Spanish bonus withholding applies. See the dated 17–30 August 2026 tracker for the onward Qatar route and 0.96p planning math.

Emirates publishes 2:1 RevPoints terms in 31 European markets

The official rate is 2 RevPoints = 1 Skywards Mile, minimum 2, with a 500,000-Mile yearly cap waived for Ultra, Metal and Private. Emirates says credit arrives within one business day.

What it means: the UK is absent from both Emirates’ eligibility list and Revolut UK’s public airline directory. UK availability remains unconfirmed—check your app.

CurrentProduct watch

UK personal credit cards are planned, not yet available

Revolut still says it does not offer personal credit cards, loans or overdrafts in Great Britain. Its UK CEO said five credit cards were planned “soon”, but no launch date or specifications are public.

What it means: this is a product-launch watch, not a licence-approval watch. PRA mobilisation restrictions were lifted on 11 March 2026.

CurrentBanking licence

APRA grants Revolut an Australian banking licence

APRA granted Revolut Payments Australia an authorised deposit-taking institution licence, allowing it to operate as Revolut Bank Australia.

What it means: this is an Australian regulatory event, retained for wider company context; it does not change UK RevPoints terms.

EndedRedemption offer

Google Play redemptions offered 20% RevPoints reimbursement

Eligible UK and German customers could receive back 20% of the RevPoints redeemed for a Google Play gift card during the official window.

What it means: the offer required eligible Revolut communication and ended at 12:00 UTC on 6 July. Reimbursement was due within three business days after the period; redemptions were irreversible.

EndedChallenge

Spain won; eligible completers could receive up to 190 RevPoints

Spain beat Argentina 1–0 after extra time and finished the tournament with 14 goals. Eligible completers receive 50 baseline RevPoints; Spain pickers may receive 140 more.

What it means: 190 is the maximum, not a guaranteed payment. The 140-point bonus comes from an 80-million-point pool allocated by each eligible customer’s 48th-payment timestamp; the terms give no precise credit date.

20 May 2026–31 March 2027

ActiveVoucher offer

BA Holidays adds a Companion Voucher use

Eligible Flight + Hotel or Flight + Car bookings can receive 25% of redeemed Avios back after the claim process.

What it means: submit the form within 72 hours. The cap is 50,000 Avios for a standard voucher or 200,000 for Premium Plus; this is separate from normal Reward Flight use.

10–16 March 2026

EndedTransfer bonus

TAP Miles&Go offered a 20% transfer bonus

TAP’s official en-GB campaign page offered 20% extra Miles&Go Miles from 10 to 16 March; a timestamped 12 March archive retains the dates.

What it means: this is historical evidence, not a live rate or a signal that another bonus is due. The earlier 4–10 May row is no longer counted because no stable primary archive was available at release preflight.

23 February–8 March 2026

EndedTransfer bonus

RevPoints to Avios offered a 20% bonus

Existing eligible personal customers in the UK, Ireland and Spain could receive 20% extra Avios during the two-week promotion.

What it means: the offer ended on 8 March. Do not assume a bonus applies unless it appears in current official terms or your account.

Pattern, not promise: the 17–30 August 2026 Avios bonus is the eighth primary-source-supported event and the second consecutive August Avios offer after 13–24 August 2025. The other intervals remain irregular, so this does not establish an annual calendar.

How this change desk is maintained

Evidence hierarchy

  • Official legal terms and dated promotion conditions.
  • Official Revolut, airline, hotel or card-partner pages.
  • Dated account observations only when retained evidence exists.
  • Incomplete archive records stay visibly incomplete.

Freshness rules

  • The Avios lead watch was rechecked 19 August 2026; older records retain their own verification dates.
  • Deadline labels are rechecked against their source before publication.
  • Ended events retain their official window and closing status.
  • Event dates and fact-verification dates are never conflated.

Programme availability can vary by country and account. The public 17–30 August 2026 Avios terms cover eligible existing Personal customers in the UK, Ireland and Spain; they do not guarantee that every account screen is identical. Older records retain their own verification dates.

RevPoints news and change questions

What changed most recently in RevPoints?

A public 20% RevPoints-to-Avios bonus opened on 17 August 2026 and runs until 23:59 UTC on 30 August 2026 for eligible existing Personal customers in the UK, Ireland or Spain.

Is a RevPoints transfer bonus active now?

Yes. A public 20% RevPoints-to-Avios bonus runs from 17 to 30 August 2026 for eligible direct transfers to The British Airways Club, Aer Lingus AerClub, Iberia Club or Vueling Club.

How often is the RevPoints change desk updated?

There is no claimed fixed update cadence. Each release displays its current-state check date, and an offer is labelled active only after its public source is rechecked. Every entry separates the event date from the fact-verification date.

Does every change on this page affect UK customers?

No. The desk has a UK focus but may retain a wider-market event when it helps explain a UK offer or programme. Every entry names its market, and the market filter can restrict the feed to changes that affect the UK.

What do active, current, ended and historical mean?

Active means a dated public offer is inside its official window. Current means a rule, product or observed public status still applies. Ended means a promotion has passed its stated end. Historical means the entry explains the record but is not a current entitlement.

Can I rely on a targeted or app-only RevPoints offer?

Only for the account in which it appears and only under its live terms. This public desk excludes app-only or targeted claims unless dated evidence is retained, and it never treats one account’s offer as universally available.

Can a RevPoints transfer partner disappear?

Yes. Public directories and account availability can change. Check the current Revolut list and your own app before planning a transfer, and never infer a launch or removal date merely because a programme appears or disappears during a later check.

Does this archive predict the next RevPoints bonus?

No. The 17–30 August 2026 Avios offer is the eighth documented public event and the second consecutive August Avios bonus, but the other intervals remain irregular and do not establish a reliable annual schedule.
